30-day right of return

If, for any reason, you do not require one of our items, you have 30 days
from the invoice date to simply and quickly exchange or return it.

If you return goods at less than €200 in value we do not charge a re-storage fee - you will be refunded the complete value of the goods straightaway. 

If you wish to return more goods at a later date, we will charge you a re-storage fee of 10% of the value of the goods.

 
Important:

the returned articles must be unopened and in a resaleable condition. Bearings with opened or damaged/soiled packaging cannot be refunded for quality reasons. Please note that all returned goods will be carefully checked for originality, condition and resaleability. 

 
Exception:

unfortunately we cannot refund articles which have been specially purchased or specially cut to size for you.

 
Process:

Please go to "Order overview" to request a return goods form which we will send you by email. Please then print the form, fill it out, place it in the package and return it to the address stated. Once the goods have passed the incoming goods check we will draw up the appropriate credit note for the value of the goods.
