If you cannot find the article you are looking for using the search function, just send us an enquiry. Our enquiry function is available to you for this purpose. We will get back to you by telephone or email as soon as possible.

Tracking

In order to offer you even more security you now have the facility to view your order's shipping status and to track the package with the haulier. You can now find everything you need for your shipments in "My account".

Extended shipping options

If you use our extended shipping options you have the opportunity to determine how you want your order to be shipped yourself. ekugellager.de offers you both standard shipments (DPD) and also several facilities for express deliveries such as UPS (next day delivery up to 10:30 or 12:00) or our new NRW Express (for same-day shipments)
