We ship all items from stock. If you order by 19:00 on weekdays (by 17:00 on Fridays) we will ship the same day.
Please note that no shipping is carried out on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. Any orders during this period will be shipped immediately the next working day.
Articles which have been specially purchased specifically for your order will be shipped to the deadlines agreed in the quotation. In this case we are dependent on punctual delivery by upstream suppliers. Please therefore note when you are planning your schedules that there may be delays.
We ship all standard orders which can be sent in parcels by DPD/UPS.
If an article weighs more than 25 kg, we would be happy to deliver using a haulier.

If the status is "Being processed" shipping has not yet been carried out and we are currently order picking, checking and packaging the goods. Under some circumstances it may no longer be possible to make any changes. Please contact us for more information.
If your order has the "Complete" status in the order overview, your goods are already on their way.
