§ 6 Web Shop Use

(1) If you want to place orders through our web shop, contract conclusion will require personal data for the execution of your order. Information required for contract execution will be marked as such. Additional information may be provided voluntarily. We will process the data you provide to execute your order. For this, we may transfer your payment details to our bank. The legal basis for this is Art. 6(1) Sentence 1 Letter b of the General Data Protection Regulation.

You may voluntarily create a customer account through which we can save your data for subsequent purchases. When creating such an account under "My Account," the data you provide will be saved revocably. You may delete any other data in the customer section at any time.
