How long will delivery take?

We dispatch all of our articles from stock so that you can receive your goods as quickly as possible. All orders placed within our shipping times will, of course, be processed on the same day and shipped using your selected shipping type. You can see the various shipping types and our shipping times here.

Articles which have been specially purchased specifically for your order will be shipped at the time agreed in the quotation. In this case we are dependent on punctual delivery by our upstream suppliers. Please therefore note when you are planning your schedule that there may be delays.

All standard orders which can be sent in parcels will be sent with either DPD or UPS.

Our experience shows that 9/10 packets reach destinations inside Germany within 24 hours.

We can send express orders for next-day delivery with UPS. Please refer to the information contained in the shipping options overview for delivery times.

What is the NRW Express?

We promise that all orders made by NRW Express during our shipping times will be on their way to you by courier within 30 minutes of receipt of order.
Our service team will be pleased to answer any questions you might have about this shipping method.

Registration

You will have to register to order from ekugellager.de. This registration requires only your name, a valid email address and your preferred delivery address.
You can register by clicking New Customer in our menu bar (you can find this on the top right).

It goes without saying that registration is completely free of charge and non-binding.

You can log into a customer account you have already created at Logon.

30-day return guarantee

We give all of our customers a 30-day right of return for any goods purchased from ourselves.

Export: which countries do you deliver to? What documentation do you need?

We deliver to all countries in the EU customs union. 

FREE DELIVERY on orders worth 99 euros or more!

For tax-free, intra-community deliveries we require your VAT ID incl. country code                         
(e.g. Austria VAT-ID: ATU12345678).

You can change your VAT ID at any time in your customer account.

Express deliveries are also possible in almost all cases for EU international deliveries. We will inform you about the various shipping possibilities in all cases before your order is completed, and also inform you about any possible shipping costs.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any deliveries to countries outside the EU customs union (e.g. Switzerland, Russia, Turkey).

Help, I can't find the bearing I'm looking for!

We have listed all the articles available from us in our search function. We are continuously updating our stock for you.

Please use our enquiry form in the shop if you are looking for special bearings or bearings which are not in stock. We will process your enquiry immediately and send you an answer as quickly as possible.

We recommend that you use our roller bearing selection wizard to find the correct or required bearing type.

When is the last daily delivery made?

If you would like us to process your order on the same day, we require your order by 19:00 (by 17:00 on Fridays). Normally, you will receive your goods at the delivery address you have stated within 24 hours.
If required, you can book express deliveries by UPS or courier (same day delivery) in our shop. The shipping times stated above also apply to express deliveries. You can also still select courier shipping up to 19:00 (Fridays up to 17:00).

Is there a catalogue or a price list?

All of our inventory and prices are continuously updated online.

If you require any technical information such as loading limits, speeds, etc. please use the appropriate manufacturer websites - all data and drawings are generally available for viewing there.
